Two huge issues that all humans face are:
Our lives depend on our hearts. If the heart stops, we stop. End of story.

We are having an obesity epidemic. We are having a cancer epidemic. We are having a diabetes epidemic. We are having a heart disease epidemic.
And, they all have the same causes: The modern diet and lifestyle.
I won’t belabor that issue too much in this article, because I have written about it in numerous other articles. Suffice it to say that a diet laden with sugar, seed oils, addictive chemicals like caffeine, monosodium glutamate, chemical sweeteners, genetically modified foods, pesticides, processed junk foods, and very few micronutrients is at the root of it all. (I should mention, as well, that people who smoke, drink, vape, and do drugs are at much higher risk of heart disease than those who take care of their hearts).
But, enough about that. In this article, I will discuss science-based, natural ways to keep a healthy heart healthy as well as things that are used to restore an ailing heart to normal function.
